Rei Tattoo

This is Rei also, but she has a tattoo. I prefer this image over the other Rei picture, but it's still lacking. I drew it a while ago, and never really finished it. I like her outfit-it fits her character-but I need to make her skin darker, and fix the horrible tattoo.
